2. Service Description

CryoHex provides lead generation and advertising services that help businesses identify, qualify, and connect with potential customers. Our platform combines advanced algorithms with social network integration to deliver qualified leads through various advertising channels.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads delivered:

• Standard Plan: $40 per qualified lead (email advertising channel)
• Professional Plan: $50 per qualified lead (multi-channel advertising)
• Enterprise Plan: $60 per qualified lead (premium advertising channels)

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.

4. Lead Qualification Standards

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who meets your specified criteria including industry, company size, role, geographic location, and demonstrates verified contact information and potential buying intent. We guarantee that all delivered leads meet these qualification standards.

5. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data processed through our platform. All lead data is obtained through legitimate sources and complies with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your lead requirements
• Use delivered leads in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the privacy and preferences of contacted prospects
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties without written consent

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We reserve the right to suspend or modify services for maintenance, updates, or other operational requirements with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

CryoHex's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all delivered leads and services rendered prior to termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Midland, Texas.
